Blessings Come Upon Them
I started teaching in Seminary in 1989. I believed that I would surely be blessed by accepting the call. Although my knowledge of the course was limited, I believed that my sincere desire to serve and commitment would help me be effective as a teacher. I started with only one (1) student until it eventually increased.

I witnessed how my students’ persevered and diligently attended our daily early morning classes. They were willing to walk far distances just to learn the gospel of Jesus Christ. I care for them as my own. I pray and fast for them.

I have a strong testimony about the Seminary and Institute Program for I have witnessed what it brought to my students. Most of them have either served missions or married in the temple.

I know that the Lord knows my heart and He loves me. I know that this is His work and I am honored by his trust to be a teacher of his gospel—this is my testimony.
