A new Church website, Helping in the Vineyard (vineyard.lds.org) provides opportunities for member volunteers across the globe to help complete Church projects. Participants spend as much or as little time as they like completing the activities online.  As a result of the thousands of acts of service, the Church is able to publish and share more resources worldwide.

The following projects are currently available on the Helping in the Vineyard website:

• Church Publications: Volunteers prepare Church content to be shared with the world by checking, comparing, and matching text or identifying page breaks on existing publications.
• Church Multimedia: Members can submit images for Church use, slice and tag video clips, spot-check video quality, or tag images and videos with keywords.
• Translation: If volunteers speak more than one language, they can provide translations for Church publications.
• Family History: Volunteers transcribe historical records to make them available online in a searchable format.
